Beijing reports 23 new local COVID-19 infections

Twenty-three new local COVID-19 infections were detected in Beijing on Tuesday as of 3 p.m. Three of them were asymptomatic cases.
Among the new infections, 21 cases were found among people who were already under quarantine.
