Shanghai reports 58 new confirmed COVID-19 cases

China's Shanghai on Monday reported 58 new confirmed locally transmitted COVID-19 cases and 422 asymptomatic COVID-19 cases, the municipal health commission said on Tuesday.
The city also logged one death on Monday due to underlying health conditions.
