A 16-year-old Palestinian was shot dead in the head by Israeli forces, and about 75 others were injured in clashes with the Israeli military in the West Bank city of Nablus, the official Palestinian news agency WAFA has reported.
Fifteen victims were injured by "metal bullets covered with rubber" and more than 40 were exposed to tear gas during the clashes on Tuesday evening.
