EU working on contingency plan for complete halt of Russian gas

European nations are working on a contingency plan to deal with the possible complete cessation of gas imports from Russia, European Commissioner for Energy Kadri Simson said.
The plan being drafted will include measures to ration industrial gas supplies, people familiar with the matter said.
