Germany pledges to help Ukraine with reconstruction efforts

Germany's Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development Svenja Schulze pledged that Germany will help Ukraine with reconstruction efforts during a visit to Kyiv on Friday.
Schulze also said she would discuss how to expand aid with Ukrainian officials.
