Shanghai reports 45 new confirmed COVID-19 cases

China's Shanghai on Thursday reported 45 new locally transmitted confirmed COVID-19 cases and 219 asymptomatic COVID-19 cases, the municipal health commission said on Friday.
The city also logged one death on Thursday due to underlying health conditions.
