The Russia-Ukraine conflict has spilled over to countries around the world as the U.S. and other Western countries continue to provide military aid to Ukraine. As a consequence, the Cold War mindset of yesteryear will give way to a new era of militarized rivalry between Russia and the West, according to Charles Kupchan, a professor of international affairs at Georgetown University, in an interview with the China Media Group.
