In the latest episode of Reality Check, CGTN anchor Wang Guan rejects U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken's claim that the U.S. is not seeking a "new Cold War" with China, arguing that the U.S. is formulating a de facto "China containment alliance." Wang also compares Blinken's speech to former President Harry Truman's "Truman Doctrine" speech in 1947 which marked the beginning of the Cold War.
