The number of people killed when an under-construction building collapsed in southwest Iran has risen to 29, Iranian news agency IRNA reported on Saturday.

At the same time, about 40 people were injured, according to the report.

The agency also noted that a total of 13 people have been detained, who are suspected to be responsible for the collapse.
