Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in his evening video address on Friday that the situation in the Donbas region is "very difficult," Ukrinform news agency reported.
"Russian forces concentrated in the Donbas with maximum artillery, maximum reserves. There are missile strikes and aircrafts," Zelenskyy said.
