The tau Herculid meteor shower, a meteor shower that is often overlooked, has attracted the attention of many astronomers and enthusiasts. Coming from its corresponding comet known as 73P/Schwassmann-Wachmann or SW3, it is expected to reach its peak from the evening of May 30 to early morning of May 31. Stargazers in North America will have prime seats, however, people could only see them if the debris coming from the comet has the right ejection speed. Join CGTN for a closer look.
