French President Emmanuel Macron on Monday confirmed that a French journalist has been killed in Ukraine.

He tweeted that, "journalist, Frédéric Leclerc-Imhoff was in Ukraine to show the reality of the war, and has been fatally shot."

A French journalist has been killed in Ukraine, the regional governor of Luhansk, Serhiy Haidai, said via Telegram earlier on Monday.
