On May 29, a man in a wheelchair wearing a woman's dress and a wig tried to break the bulletproof glass encasing the Mona Lisa at the Louvre Museum in Paris and then proceeded to smear a cream cake on it. Fortunately, the famous artwork was completely unharmed.
