Economic activities are gradually resuming after a short pause in Shenyang, capital of northeast China's Liaoning Province. The city entered a phase of tough COVID-19 containment curbs in late March. But now, residents can enter indoor public places after providing a negative test result taken within the past 48 hours. The city has also set up free testing sites for the people.
