Russia terminates memorandum of understanding with U.S. in culture and education

Russia has adopted a decision to stop enforcing the 1998 intergovernmental memorandum of understanding with the United States on the principles of cooperation in the fields of culture, the humanities, the social sciences, education, and the mass media, Interfax news agency reported Monday.
