Russia’s Sberbank says EU sanction will not have a noticeable impact on its work

Sberbank said Tuesday it’s operating as usual, and its disconnection from SWIFT does not affect international settlements.
The response came after EU leaders on Monday agreed to disconnect it from the SWIFT international interbank system as pressure on Russia mounted over its military advance in Ukraine.
