Russian military launched a rocket attack on the city of Sloviansk in the Donetsk region at night, killing at least three people and injuring six others, Ukrinform reported on Tuesday, citing the head of the region.

Meanwhile, the self-proclaimed  "Luhansk People's Republic (LPR)" accused Ukrainian forces of shelling the region, killing two people and injuring 24.

The head of the "LPR" said on Tuesday that a third of Severodonetsk has already been "liberated", according to TASS.
