Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi spoke with Vanuatu's Prime Minister Bob Loughman and his cabinet members Wednesday as part of his 10-day Pacific islands tour. Both sides have signed cooperation agreements on the economy, health and technology. They've agreed to jointly promote the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.
