Kuwaiti Coast Guard arrested three Iranian sailors on a boat who "had been stealing Kuwaiti fishing boats in past two months" in Kuwaiti territorial waters, Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Qabas reported on Thursday.
The Iranian side hasn't responded to the issue.
