Fighting continues in Ukraine's Luhansk region. The region's governor has said Ukrainian forces have recaptured about 20 percent of the territory in the city of Sievierodonetsk from Russian forces. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said the Russian "special military operation" will continue until all Moscow's goals are met.
