Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov on Monday said Russia is interested in negotiations with Washington on nuclear weapons, “but under the current conditions, their continuation is unlikely."

Peskov replied to a request from TASS to comment on a statement by U.S. Ambassador to Moscow John Sullivan that the resumption of Russian-U.S. negotiations on nuclear weapons in the current conditions is unlikely, despite the importance of this issue for bilateral relations.
