Russia imposed personal sanctions on 61 U.S. officials including Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen and Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm. Russia's Foreign Ministry said those names are banned from entering Russia and are countermeasures against U.S. sanctions on Russians.
