Ten people have died and three are still unaccounted for after heavy rainfall battered central China's Hunan Province, local authorities told a news briefing on Wednesday.
From June 1 to June 6, Hunan has endured the heaviest rain of this year.
Over 1.79 million people were affected by the deluge, and the homes of 1,195 households have been severely damaged or destroyed as of Wednesday.
