Chinese Defense Minister visits Singapore for regional security forum

Chinese Defense Minister General Wei Fenghe is now in Singapore for a five-day visit. Wei's due to attend a regional security forum with his counterparts from other countries. He's also expected to make a speech introducing China's policy on safeguarding regional peace and multilateralism.
