China's Foreign Minister Wang Yi says bilateral ties with Kazakhstan should be built based on mutual respect and win-win results. Wang says both sides must take better advantage of frameworks like the China-Kazakhstan Cooperation Committee. He also says the two sides should improve the capacity of the China-Europe Railway Express and promote the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route.
