Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said on Tuesday that the Berjansk and Mariupol ports are ready to resume food shipments, while Ukraine indicated that no agreement had been reached over a grain corridor. Over 20 million tonnes of grain are at risk of spoiling at the ports.
