The U.S. has refused to invite the leaders of Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela to this year's Summit of the Americas. José Chen Barria, Panama's former head of immigration, said during an interview with CMG that the U.S. should accept multipolarity because it is no longer a unipolar world anymore.
