The village of Yongfeng in Meishan City, southwest China's Sichuan Province, is developing high-standard farmlands to ensure food security and speed up rural revitalization. Yongfeng takes the lead in whole-process mechanized rice planting – from plowing and planting, to sowing and harvesting. It is also an experimental base with the largest scale and the largest number of new rice varieties in Sichuan.
