U.S. President Joe Biden has said that his administration was committed to helping Latin America and the Caribbean recover from the pandemic, tackle irregular migration and improve living standards. He made the above statement on the first day of the Summit of the Americas in Los Angeles. Argentina's President Alberto Fernández expressed his discontent of excluding countries from the summit.
