The U.S. has refused to invite the leaders of Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela to this year's Summit of the Americas. Ignacio Martinez, international relationship expert from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, said this summit is for the U.S. to solve its own problems rather than really paying attention to the needs of other Latin American countries.
