NATO should earnestly reflect on its past war crimes and stop creating more turmoil and division around the world, a Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson said on June 10, in response to a question concerning the 23rd anniversary of the end of the U.S.-led bloc's bombardment of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
