Chinese President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, inspected southwest China's Sichuan Province in early June. During his visit, he emphasized full, accurate and comprehensive application of the new development philosophy and actively integrating this into the new development paradigm.
