The 19th Shangri-La Dialogue is being held in Singapore from June 10 to 12. Billed as Asia's premier security event, high-ranking defense ministers, including from China and the U.S., were present. China's Minister of National Defense Wei Fenghe addressed the forum on Tuesday morning, saying that China wants to work with all countries in peace keeping, fighting COVID-19 and economic recovery.
