Russian President Vladimir Putin has officially enacted new laws governing non-compliance with decisions of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), according to documents published on Russia's official legal information portal on Saturday.

ECHR rulings against Russia adopted after March 15, the date when Russia announced its exit from the Council of Europe, will not be implemented, according to the documents.
