Sri Lanka may be compelled to buy more oil from Russia, as the island nation hunts desperately for fuel amid an unprecedented economic crisis, said Sri Lanka's newly-appointed Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe in an interview with The Associated Press on Saturday.
