Over 10,000 pieces of relics expected to be unearthed at China's No. 7 Sanxingdui pit

The ongoing excavation at the No.7 sacrificial pit of the Sanxingdui Ruins site in southwest China's Sichuan Province is expected to unearth more than 10,000 pieces of relics, according to an archaeologist. Relics found in the No.7 sacrificial pit are mainly small and exquisite jade pieces, such as jade tablets and chisels, and small bronze objects.
