China says it is willing to work with all parties to support the World Trade Organization (WTO) in playing a bigger role in the world's economic recovery. Chinese Commerce Minister Wang Wentao is attending the WTO's 12th Ministerial Conference, and he made a speech stressing the WTO's need to reinforce its function and promote economic globalization.
