Beijing says China and Australia should meet halfway, following Canberra's remark on resetting relations. Prime Minister Anthony Albanese urged Beijing to lift sanctions to improve ties. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin said on Tuesday that the Australian side should handle relations on the principles of mutual respect, mutual benefit and win-win results, meet China halfway, and promote the healthy and stable development of our comprehensive strategic partnership.
