Rescue underway after two-story building collapses in E China

A rescue operation is underway after a two-story residential building collapsed in Wuxi City in east China's Jiangsu Province, on Tuesday morning.
Local firefighters rescued three people who have been hospitalized.
Explosions were reportedly heard at the crash site in the city's Binhu District.
There are no reports of deaths so far.
