All bridges to the Ukrainian city of Severodonetsk have been destroyed, according to the Luhansk government. There are heavy losses on both sides, as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is pushing the West to speed up the delivery of heavy weapons to the country. Severodonetsk and the nearby city of Lysychansk holds strategic significance for Russia at the moment.
