Athletes in South Africa are celebrating the Dragon Boat Festival. Cape Town is home to eight dragon boat teams, one of which has a particular history behind it. Reporter Julie Scheier met up with the teams, gave paddling a go herself, and learned what's really powering these dragon boats year after year.
