This year marks the 25th anniversary of Hong Kong's reunification with China. The 14th Five-Year Plan has outlined support for Hong Kong's development into an international innovation and technology hub. Andy Mok, a senior research fellow at the Center for China and Globalization, says that location is one big advantage of Hong Kong when it comes to innovation and technology development.
