French President Emmanuel Macron, Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz arrived in Ukraine on Thursday. France's Ambassador to Ukraine Etienne de Poncins published a photo on his Twitter account showing the three leaders on a train en route to Kyiv.
It is the first time that the leaders of the three European Union (EU) countries have visited Kyiv since February 24, as they are due to meet Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the visit comes as Kyiv is pushing for membership of the EU.
