Heavy rainfall hits southern China, flood warnings issued

Meteorologists are forecasting more torrential rain for southern China on Thursday. Over 80 rivers have already seen waters exceed warning levels after days of heavy rains. Authorities are reporting levels of rainfall not seen since the early 1960s.
