The capital of Jilin Province suffered its worst COVID-19 outbreak in March. The employment process was disrupted for nearly 220,000 college and university graduates across the province due to the lockdown of Changchun during this year’s peak hiring season. Local government and universities took every method to help fresh graduates find jobs.
