China has launched its third aircraft carrier, the Fujian, in Shanghai on Friday. The carrier, named after the southern Chinese province, was completely designed and manufactured by China. The Fujian is equipped with a full-length flight deck and a catapult launch system. Mooring and navigation tests are to be conducted on the aircraft carrier.
