Somali officials: 70 al-Shabaab fighters killed in counterattack

Armed residents and local security forces in Galmudug state have killed about 70 al-Shabaab militants in Somalia while repelling their attack in the town of Bahdo early on Friday. A suicide bomber was arrested and four car bombs were defused after the insurgents fled the scene.
