Forcibly displaced people tops 89.3 million globally

June 20 marks the 22nd World Refugee Day. According to the United Nations' report, the number of globally displaced people reached 89.3 million by the end of 2021, the highest number on record, about one in three of whom are refugees, and more than two-thirds from Syria, Venezuela, Afghanistan, South Sudan and Myanmar.
