Youshan Village in Shangrao City, east China's Jiangxi Province, is evacuating villagers from more than 100 households affected by heavy rainfall that has caused rivers throughout the province to overflow their banks. At present, the water is still rising in the village. The residences affected by the disaster are mainly found in low-lying areas on both sides of the river.
