Russia's Defense Ministry said on Sunday that one of its ships on the Black Sea had fired high-precision Kalibr cruise missiles at Ukrainian ground targets, including military infrastructure facilities. Russia also said it seized a village near Ukraine's industrial city of Severodonetsk, in the eastern region of Luhansk. Ukraine's military said Russia had "partial success" in the area, which is about six kilometers southeast of Severodonetsk.
